Working principle: The thermal gas mass flow meter uses the principle of heat diffusion for measurement. The
sensor consists of two reference-grade thermal resistors (RTDs), one for heating (velocity sensor RH) and the other
for measuring the temperature change of the gas (temperature sensor RMG). When the gas flows through, the
heated sensor takes away heat, causing its temperature to drop, and the gas flow rate is calculated by measuring
this temperature change.
