wastewater/ sewage Ultrasonic level meters
Ultrasonic level meters are mainly used in wastewater/ sewage industry for level monitoring and automatic control of sewage
treatment plants. The following are specific application scenarios:
Sewage pool level monitoring
Ultrasonic level meters use non-contact measurement technology to monitor the liquid level of sewage pools
(such as anaerobic pools, sedimentation tanks, etc.) in real time to ensure the stable operation of the sewage
treatment process. It has strong corrosion resistance and can adapt to complex environments such as suspended
matter and foam in sewage.
Lifting pump station automatic control
In the primary treatment stage of sewage treatment, ultrasonic level meters monitor the water level of sewage
lifting wells and water inlet pump wells, and automatically adjust the start and stop of pumps through the PLC
system to achieve intelligent operation. Compared with traditional float switches, its advantage is to avoid cable
entanglement, corrosion and other problems, and has higher measurement accuracy.
Sludge treatment link
Some models of ultrasonic level meters can be used in sludge thickening tanks, digestion tanks and other scenarios
to monitor sludge levels to optimize the treatment process.
Discharge port monitoring
It is used to monitor the liquid level of sewage discharge ports to ensure compliance with environmental protection
standards and avoid overflow pollution.
