Wet Gas Flow Meter
The wet gas flowmeter can be used directly to measure the gas flow, and can also be used as a standard instrument to verify other flowmeters. It is widely used in the flow measurement of coal gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc., and is one of the commonly used instruments in laboratories.
Wet gas flow meters are divided into two models: LML is an ordinary type, made of brass, and is generally used in the range of non-corrosive gases; LMF type is an anti-corrosion type, made of stainless steel, and can measure corrosive gases
Use method
1. Put the instrument on the work table, adjust the ground Angle screw to make the level bubble in the center, and keep it in use for a long time.
2. Open the sealing nut of water level controller and pull out the inner wool cord.
3, within the thermometer or pressure gauge socket, infuse distilled water to the instrument and to be distilled water from water level controller hole or stop into distilled water, when the excess distilled water from water level controller hole along the yarn rope flow clean (for a long time to flow when flow out a drop of clean), within the yarn rope income level controller seal nut, and screw down the sealing nut.
4. Install a thermometer and pressure gauge. (10Pa per small cell) >
5. Connect the good air path according to the inlet and outlet gas direction and seal it.
6. Open the air valve for gas measurement.
